NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING The Alachua County School Board Leasing Corporation announces a special meeting to which all persons are invited. DATE: Tuesday, April 16, 2013 TIME: Immediately following adjournment of the School Board meeting, which begins at 6 p.m. LOCATION: Kirby-Smith Adm. Bldg. Boardroom 620 E. University Ave Gainesville, Fl PURPOSE: Special meeting of the Alachua County School Board Leasing Corporation to consider refunding of Series 2004 Certificates of Participation. This special meeting is being called pursuant to the bylaws of the Corporation, and in accordance with Sections 1001.372(1) and 120.525, F.S. A copy of the agenda is available in the Office of the Superintendent, 620 East University Avenue, Gainesville, Florida 32601. Any person who decides to appeal a decision of the School Board at such meeting is hereby advised that, for such purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the meeting is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
