(Tax Parcel #16632-000-000) Rezoning 13-01: A request by Mark Gregg, owner, for an amendment to the Town of Micanopy Official Zoning Map to rezone from R-2 to C-1 an approximately 1 acre parcel located at 106 NE 5th Avenue, Micanopy, FL. (Tax Parcel #16632-000-000) The public hearing will be held at the following time and location: Micanopy Town Hall 706 NE Cholokka Blvd. Micanopy, FL 32667 23 April 2013 at 7:00 PM The proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Amendment to the Official Zoning Map may be inspected by the public at Town Hall, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
